By using B2Bc Platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can use the platform

You must be at least 18 years old to register. If you sign up as a merchant or rider, you must submit valid government identification and required business documents.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. Please notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Orders and payment

Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes and the platform commission. Payment is processed through PayMongo for cards and e-wallets, or paid on delivery (COD) for cash orders. An order becomes binding once the merchant confirms it.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please read it before placing an order.

5. Merchant obligations

Merchants must accurately describe their products, honor confirmed orders, and comply with all applicable laws including consumer protection and food safety regulations. Fake reviews, misleading claims, and infringing content (including unlicensed product images) are grounds for suspension.

6. Rider obligations

Riders must complete assigned deliveries safely and honestly, remit collected COD amounts on time, and respect customer privacy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt its operation, impersonate others, upload malicious files, or attempt to access accounts other than your own.

8. Intellectual property

The platform software, branding, and design are the property of B2Bc Platform. Product content uploaded by merchants remains the merchant's responsibility — merchants must have the right to use every image and description they upload.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the platform, to the extent allowed by Philippine consumer protection laws.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, break the law, or place the platform or its users at risk.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Negros Occidental.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
