At B2Bc Platform, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Who we are
B2Bc Platform is an online marketplace connecting customers, merchants, and delivery riders in the 3rd District of Negros Occidental, Philippines.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and phone number when you register.
- Business details: for merchants, your business name, address, business permits, and payout information.
- Rider details: for riders, your home address, date of birth, vehicle information, and emergency contact.
- Order data: the products you order or sell, delivery addresses, timestamps, and payment method used.
- Payment information: credit card and e-wallet payments are processed by PayMongo. We only store the payment reference — we never see your full card number or wallet PIN.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type, and login history, for security and fraud prevention.
Why we collect it
- To create and manage your account.
- To process orders and deliveries.
- To communicate with you about your orders, account, or important updates.
- To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud.
- To meet legal and tax requirements (for example, Bureau of Internal Revenue rules).
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 5 years after account closure for tax, dispute, and audit purposes.
Who we share it with
- Merchants: when you place an order, the merchant sees your name, delivery address, and phone number so they can prepare and hand off the order.
- Riders: the rider assigned to your delivery sees your name, delivery address, and phone number.
- PayMongo: our payment processor sees your name, email, and payment amount.
- Government agencies: only when we are legally required to disclose information.
We never sell your data to advertisers.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Object to certain processing of your data.
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
